1 lb. cut up chicken, turkey, or beef 1 c. chopped celery 1 c. uncooked rice 3 c. water 3-4 tbsp. soy sauce 1 can chopped water chestnuts 1 can bamboo shoots 1 c. chopped onion 1 can mushroom soup 1 can chicken rice soup 1 bag chow mein noodles 1 can bean sprouts 1. Brown meat, celery and onion. Drain. 2. Put in casserole dish and add remaining ingredients. Do not add as much water if you would like it to be less liquidy. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. 4. Cover with noodles and cook another 15 minutes. |
