BEEF AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 jar Ragu Italian cooking sauce
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
6 slices (4 oz.) American cheese

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Brown ground beef. Drain off fat, add 2/3 jar Ragu Italian cooking sauce. Simmer 5 minutes.

Combine macaroni and beef mixture in 2-3 quart casserole. Pour remaining sauce over top. Cut slices of cheese in half and arrange on top of casserole. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 10 minutes or until cheese is just melted.
