WHITE ROLLED SUGAR COOKIES
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1 c. sugar

Mix flour, soda, baking powder and add softened butter until crumbly (as you would for pie crust). Mix 2 well beaten eggs and 1 cup sugar and add to above mixture. Roll dough thin and cut with cutter. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges start to turn brown. (These cookies can be decorated with colored sugar before baking or may be frosted after baking.)
