WHITE CHIP CHOCOLATE COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 pkg. white vanilla chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract until light and fluffy. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; add to butter mixture. Stir in nuts and white chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or just until set. Cool slightly and remove to wire rack. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.

DELICIOUS. The batter gets kind of thick and I do not have a great mixer so I have to get a new mixer but other than that the recipe is amazing and easy :) Thank you.
