SAUSAGE AU GRATIN 
1 lb. smoked sausage, browned
1 (8 oz.) jar (1 c.) process cheese spread
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
6 med. potatoes, cooked & sliced

In a small mixing bowl, beat together cheese spread and sour cream until mixture is smooth. Add onion, parsley flakes and salt. Fold into potatoes with the browned and drained sausage. Turn into 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
