SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. light cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. parsley
2 tsp. onion, instant
2 tbsp. butter

Combine all ingredients except butter; beat until well blended. Shape into 1 inch balls. Brown meatballs in butter over medium heat. Turn heat low and continue cooking. Turn occasionally until cooled. 10-15 minutes. Makes 36 meatballs. Microwave 6 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
