SWEET - SOUR SAUSAGE BALLS 
2 lbs. bulk pork sausage
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs

SAUCE:

1 1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce

Mix sausage, eggs, and bread crumbs. Shape into balls the size of small walnuts. Saute in fry pan until browned on all sides; drain. Combine catsup, brown sugar, vinegar and soy sauce. Pour over meatballs and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot. Can be frozen. Reheat when you want to use them.
