GEORGIA'S CHEESE BALL 
1/2 c. chopped nuts, walnuts or pecans
3 to 5 oz. bleu or Roquefort cheese
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese (can be lite)
1/4 tsp. garlic salt or juice
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. chopped pimento

Toast nuts in 350 degree oven. Stir and watch. Blend cheeses; stir in garlic salt or juice, pimento and green pepper. Chill. Shape into ball and roll in toasted nuts which have cooled. Chill. Keeps a long time and can be frozen. Serve with crackers assorted. Serves 6 to 8.
