SEASONED BREAD STICKS OR
CROUTONS
 
1/2 loaf of homebread or Italian (6 slices)
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
Parsley or basil dried
Garlic salt

Heat butter, Italian herb seasoning, spread on slice bread. Cut in length or cubes put on cookie sheet, and sprinkle with parsley or basil. For garlic flavor, omit the Italian seasoning. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. Store in plastic ziplock bags. Use for salads or cheese dips.
