ITALIAN BREAD STICKS 
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. water

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine flour and seasonings. Cut in butter and cheese. Stir in water. Shape dough into a ball. Knead until dough holds together. Shape tablespoonfuls of dough into sticks, about 1/2 inch thick and 6 inches long. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes. Remove from pan immediately.

This was fantastic! I added 1 tablespoon of garlic salt and they disappeared so fast I had to make a second batch. Definitely a keeper!
