CHOCOLATE CAKE 
Cake:

2 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
2 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend sugar and flour. Then in a saucepan, bring to boil the next 3 ingredients. Pour over sugar and flour mixture then mix and add buttermilk, soda, and eggs, then add vanilla. Put in 11 x 16 inch pan for 20 minutes at 400°F.

Icing:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. Pet Milk
1 box confectioners sugar
1 c. nuts

Bring first 3 ingredients to boil then, add sugar and nuts. Pour icing on hot cake.
