BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
salt and pepper (as desired)
1/2 onion, diced
2 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
16 oz. roll garlic cheese
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
crumbled bacon (for top)

Cook broccoli, seasoning as desired with salt and pepper. Drain. Sauté the onion in the butter. Melt Cheez Whiz and garlic cheese in the undiluted mushroom soup. Combine all ingredients except bacon. Pour into lightly greased casserole. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and bake in a 350°F oven until bubbly.
