LEMON YOGURT BREAD | |
3 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 c. sesame seeds 3 eggs 1 c. oil 1 c. sugar 2 c. lemon yogurt 2 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice Sift together the flour, salt, soda and baking powder; stir in seeds. Beat the eggs in a large bowl. Add the oil and sugar. cream well. Add the yogurt and lemon juice. Spoon into greased oaf pans or 1 large bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. |
