YOGURT NUT BREAD 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. Bran Flake cereal
2 tbsp. wheat germ
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
2 (8 oz.) low fat apple flavored yogurt
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 c. skim milk
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped

Combine first 8 ingredients. Mix together egg, yogurt, milk, oil and honey. Stir in dry ingredients. Fold in raisins and nuts. Bake in 9 x 5 inch loaf pan at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes. Wrap and store overnight. Slice into 18 slices - 135 calories each slice.
