BAKED ZITI 
1 tbsp. Mazola corn oil
1/2 to 3/4 lb. lean hamburger
1 c. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (26 to 30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
16 oz. ziti, cooked 8 minutes
1 (15 oz.) container drained Ricotta cheese
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded, part-skim, Mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

1. In large skillet, heat corn oil over medium heat. Add beef, onion and garlic; stir frequently. Cook 3 minutes. Stir in spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce and oregano; bring to boil. Remove from heat.

2. Combine 1 cup sauce with cooked ziti. Spoon half of ziti mixture into 9 x 13 x 2 pan; top with Ricotta, 1 cup Mozzarella, 1 cup sauce, remaining ziti mixture and sauce.

3. Cover and bake in a 350°F oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with 1 cup Mozzarella and Parmesan.

Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until heated through.

Prepare ahead and freeze: Prepare as in step 1 and 2. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over top. Cover with foil and freeze.

To bake frozen: Do not thaw.

Bake, covered, in 350°F oven 2 hours or until cheese on top melts and is hot through.
