VEGETABLE POCKETS 
1 can Veg-all (mixed vegetables)
2 cans Pillsbury croissant rolls
1 lg. egg

Open Pillsbury croissant rolls. Unroll them and separate into 8 squares. Add 1 tablespoon Veg-all mix, 1 pat butter and a pinch of salt. Fold pastry corner to corner (triangle shape), press edges with a fork. Place on cookie sheet and baste with egg. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes.
