1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake (pudding in the mix)

Prepare as box states. DO NOT BAKE at this time. Set aside. Mix:

1 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, soft
1 stick butter, soft
2 c. powdered sugar

Pour over raw cake. Bake as box states.
