TURKEY CHOP SUEY 
1 lb. ground turkey
2 c. onion, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. water

Brown meat in a little oil. Add onions and celery, stir. Add water. Stew for 15 minutes.

Add 1 large can bean sprouts, drained.

THICKENING:

1/2 c. cold water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1 tsp. sugar

Mix together. Stir thickening into boiling chop suey. Cook 4 minutes stirring until thick enough.
