SHRIMP SCAMPI 
2 lb. lg. fresh shrimp
1 c. melted butter
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Hot cooked rice

Peel and devein shrimp, place in a single layer in a 15x10x1 inch pan. Set aside. Combine next 8 ingredients in a saucepan and cook over low heat until butter melts. Pour over shrimp. Bake 5 to 8 minutes in a 450 degree oven. Serve over hot rice, with a salad and garlic bread.
