GRANDMA C. C.'S TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Pillsbury creamy white scalloped potatoes
1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning or curry
1 3/4 c. boiling water
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
2 c. cubed chicken or turkey
1 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped onion

In 3 quart casserole, blend sauce mix envelope and poultry seasoning. Stir in boiling water using wire whisk. Stir in soup. Add rest of ingredients and stir in potatoes. Microwave 8 minutes, stir, cook 10 minutes. Stir. Cook 10 more minutes or until done. Depends on microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
