MUSTARD SHORT RIBS 
4 lb. short beef ribs, cut into pieces
1/3 c. mustard
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed
4 med. onions, sliced

Place beef ribs in shallow glass dish. Mix mustard, sugar, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic; spread over beef. Top with onions. Cover and refrigerate, turning beef occasionally, 24 hours.

Cook beef in 4 quart Dutch oven or covered electric fry pan on medium heat until brown; drain. Add onions and pour marinade on beef. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven until tender, about 2 hours.
