MUSTARD SHORT RIBS 
4 lbs. beef short ribs
1/3 c. mustard
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. any kind jelly
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic
4 med. onions, sliced

Place beef ribs in shallow baking dish. Mix mustard, sugar, lemon juice, jelly, salt, pepper and garlic. Spread over beef. Top with onions. Cover and refrigerate, turning beef occasionally, 24 hours.

Cook beef in 4 quart Dutch oven over medium heat until brown; drain. Add onions and pour marinade on beef. Cover and cook in 350 degree oven until tender, about 2 hours. 4 servings.
