B-B-Q SHORT RIBS 
3 lbs. ribs
3 tbsp. oil
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. water
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. celery, sliced
2 tsp. salt
1 c. catsup

Pour oil in heavy skillet. Brown ribs and onions. Add all ingredients. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
