LEMON MERINGUE PIE 
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 egg whites
4 tbsp sugar

Mix egg yolks, lemon juice and milk and pour into prepared graham cracker crust. Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff peaks form and spread over lemon mixture in pie crust; and bake in 350°F oven until meringue is light brown. Cool, and serve.
