LEMON ICEBOX PIE | |
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 2 egg yolks Fresh squeezed lemon juice to equal 4 oz. 1 graham cracker crust Put egg yolks in the milk and mix well. While beating egg mixture, pour in lemon juice. Beat well. MERINGUE: 3 egg whites 4 1/2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and continue to beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Spoon on pie. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. |
