1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing mix (no buttermilk mix)
1 3/4 c. milk
1 sm. head cauliflower, cut up
3 carrots, cut up
1 bunch broccoli, cut up
2 to 3 stalks celery, cut up
1 c. Miracle Whip

Mix dressing mix with Miracle Whip and milk. Add bite size pieces of vegetables. Refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving with a slotted spoon.
