CREAMY CHINESE SALAD 
1 head cauliflower, cut up sm.
1 bunch broccoli, cut up sm.
3/4 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. green onion, sliced
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. black olives, sliced
Ranch style dressing mix (dry)
1 carton sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Mix vegetables together and fold in dressing. Chill several hours before serving.
