GLENDA'S SWEET POTATO BAKE | |
1 lg. can sweet potatoes 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 tsp. salt 1 can pineapple chunks 1/2 c. raisins 1/4 c. butter Place drained sweet potatoes (keep juice) into a baking dish. Mix brown sugar, cornstarch, pineapple and raisins. Cook until thick and bubbly. Remove the sauce when cooked and add butter and stir to melt. Pour over potatoes in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Baste occasionally. |
