PAT-A-PIE CRUST 
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. cold milk

Combine flour, sugar and salt. Combine oil and milk; add to flour and stir gently. Pat thinly into a 9 inch pie plate, building up the top edge. Fill and bake according to recipe directions. OR, for a baked shell-prick crust and bake in 450 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool.
