BAKED FISH 
2 lbs. fish fillets
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. hot tap water
1 pack Butter Buds
Pepper
Paprika

Arrange fish on baking sheet. Brush with lemon juice. Sprinkle 1/2 Butter Buds evenly on fish. Top with pepper and paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Dissolve remaining Butter Buds in hot water. Pour over fish.
