LEMON DILL FISH 
1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. dill weed
1 lb. fine textured fish fillets (such as haddock, salmon or cod)

Heat electric broiler (not necessary) or preheat gas broiler. Mix salad dressing, juice, peel and dill. Place fish on greased rack of broiler pan. Brush with half of salad dressing mixture. Broil 2 to 4 inches from heat for 5 to 8 minutes; turn, brush with remaining salad mixture. Broil 5 to 8 minutes more or until fish flakes easily. Makes 4 servings.
