LEMON CHESS PIE 
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornmeal
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. milk
4 tbsp. lemon rind, grated
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 unbaked pie crust

Toss lightly with fork, flour, cornmeal, and sugar. Add the eggs, unbeaten. Add melted butter, milk, lemon rind, and juice. Beat until smooth. Put in unbaked crust and bake 40 to 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
