CHEESY POTATOES 
2 lb. hashbrowns, thawed
1 lb. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. minced onions
1/2 stick melted butter
8 oz. shredded cheese, Cheddar or Colby

Mix and add salt to taste, top with potato chip crumbs or corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered dish.
