TURKEY CUTLETS MARSALA 
1 lb. turkey breast slices
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Pepper and paprika to taste
Garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Marsala wine
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Season turkey with pepper and paprika to taste. Mix flour and Parmesan cheese and dust turkey. Combine oil and butter in large skillet. Brown turkey for 30 seconds on each side over medium heat. Mix wine and lemon juice and pour over meat. Simmer on low heat until done, about 20 minutes.
