TURKEY CUTLETS | |
Mix together 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Dredge 1 pound turkey cutlets in seasoned flour and cheese. In frying pan put in 2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoon olive oil. Place cutlets in pan and brown both sides on medium heat. Remove cutlets and add 1/2 cup Marsala wine and 3 tablespoons lemon juice. Put cutlets back in and simmer for about 5 minutes. |
