TURKEY CUTLETS WITH SPINACH AND MOZZARELLA | |
Dip cutlets in milk and dip lightly in flour seasoned with season salt. Fry and place on brown paper bag to drain well. In pot, place 1/2 stick butter with chopped garlic and sprinkle with bread crumbs.. Saute'. Cook 1 box frozen chopped spinach. Drain very well and add pinch of salt. Add spinach to mixture, saute' and grate 1/4 of a small Mozzarella into the mixture. Cover and cook for 2 minutes. Take off heat. Place spinach mixture on each cutlet then top with a slice of Mozzarella. In separate pot mix 1 stick butter, 3 to 4 tablespoons lemon juice, small jigger of white wine and 1 to 2 cloves chopped garlic. Simmer. Pour over cutlets and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with garlic bread. |
