TURKEY CUTLETS WITH SPINACH AND
MOZZARELLA
 
Dip cutlets in milk and dip lightly in flour seasoned with season salt. Fry and place on brown paper bag to drain well.

In pot, place 1/2 stick butter with chopped garlic and sprinkle with bread crumbs.. Saute'.

Cook 1 box frozen chopped spinach. Drain very well and add pinch of salt. Add spinach to mixture, saute' and grate 1/4 of a small Mozzarella into the mixture. Cover and cook for 2 minutes. Take off heat.

Place spinach mixture on each cutlet then top with a slice of Mozzarella.

In separate pot mix 1 stick butter, 3 to 4 tablespoons lemon juice, small jigger of white wine and 1 to 2 cloves chopped garlic. Simmer.

Pour over cutlets and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serve with garlic bread.
