ORANGE FLUFF JELLO 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. tapioca pudding
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 3/4 c. boiling water
1 (16 oz.) can mandarin oranges

Add boiling water to dry ingredients and stir. Let it set on counter for about an hour, stirring occasionally. Put in refrigerator until thickened. Fold in Cool Whip. Add mandarin oranges. Chill.
