GARLIC SHRIMP 
1 lb. jumbo shrimp
1 tsp. chopped garlic
Black pepper
White wine
Chopped scallions
2 tsp. oil
Salt

Slice shrimp in half and clean it. Arrange shrimp with shell side under. Spread garlic, salt and white wine evenly on top. Steam it for 5 minutes. Spread chopped scallions and black pepper on top of shrimp. Heat 2 tsp. oil. Then pour oil on top of shrimp.
