SHRIMP BUTTER WITH GARLIC AND
CHIVES
 
1/2 lb. cooked baby shrimp
1/2 lb. butter, slightly softened
2-4 tbsp. cream
1/2 clove garlic
1 tbsp. chopped chives
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1/8 lb. (2 oz.) cooked baby shrimp

Combine first 8 ingredients in a blender container. Blend until very smooth. Use as much cream as necessary so that the blender blades turn freely and do not jam.

Remove mixture from blender container and place into a crock or bowl. Mix in tiny cooked shrimp. Serve with crackers, thinly sliced bread.
