CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
6 whole chicken breasts, cooked, skinned and boned
4 pkgs. frozen broccoli, whole pieces
3 cans cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Place cooked broccoli in rectangular casserole crosswise. Cut chicken in fairly large pieces and place over the broccoli.

Blend remaining ingredients and pour over chicken and broccoli. Before baking add a little of the grated cheese over the top of the casserole and bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown and bubbling. Serves 8.
