WILD RICE SALAD WITH SMOKED
TURKEY
 
1/2 c. rice vinegar
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. honey

Combine vinegars, molasses and honey. Whip thoroughly. Slowly add oil while whipping. Whip in sesame seeds 4 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 lb. wild rice (preferably long grained, rinsed and drained) 1/2 lb. smoked turkey breast, cubed 1/2 c. chopped parsley 3/4 c. toasted hazelnuts with skins removed

Cook Arborio rice (don't overcook). Drain and toss with vegetable oil and lemon.

Cook wild rice; drain and toss with sesame dressing.

Combine rices while still warm. Add remaining ingredients and toss with more dressing.
