K.'S ROYAL OAKS WILD RICE SALAD 
1 c. raw wild rice
Chicken bouillon, about 3 c.
2 c. diced chicken meat
1 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. chopped sweet red pepper
1 tsp. chopped green onion
1/2 c. sliced toasted almonds
1 c. mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook wild rice in chicken bouillon, drain, rinse and cool. Mix rice, chicken, celery, green pepper, red pepper, green onion, almonds and mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 6 servings.
