WILD RICE SALAD 
2 c. wild rice (about 1/2 c. uncooked)
2 lg. apples
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 ribs celery, sliced
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. dairy sour cream

Chill the cooked wild rice. Dice the apples and toss with a mixture of the lemon juice and brown sugar. Stir in the celery and wild rice. Blend the mayonnaise with the dairy sour cream and toss this into the salad ingredients. Mix well. Chill thoroughly but not longer than 6 to 8 hours. Makes 8 servings.
