POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. frozen diced potatoes (hash browns) 2 sm. cans diced green chilies 2 c. sour cream 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. chopped onions 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 tsp. salt Mix all above ingredients and put into a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours. |
