RUMAKI 
2 cans whole water chestnuts, drained
1/2 lb. lean bacon, cut into strips 1/2 inch wide x 3-4 inches long
6 tbsp. brown sugar

Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Marinate water chestnuts in brown sugar 30 minutes; wrap a strip of bacon around a water chestnut. Secure with toothpick and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
