RUMAKI 
Wrap a dried apricot in 1/2 slice of bacon and fasten with a toothpick. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees or until bacon is cooked. Remove and drain on paper.

Make a mixture of 2/3 cup of catsup and 1/3 cup brown sugar and coat rumaki generously. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until coating sets up.

Remove and serve. Can be frozen after first baking and removed when needed. When thawed, coat with the catsup and brown sugar mixture and bake.
