CREAMY CUSTARD 
3 c. milk
5 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
Nutmeg

Mix with wire whip. Pour into glass custard cups (or tea cups). Sprinkle with nutmeg. Heat 1/2 inch of water in electric skillet, place cups in water. Cover and cook 8-10 minutes, 275-300 degrees. Until knife comes out clean. Cool before serving. Makes 6-7 servings.
