MICROWAVE TURKEY BAYOU 
1 1/4 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onion
1/2 c. diced green bell pepper
1 tsp. finely minced garlic
1 can tomatoes, broken up
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. diced turkey

Place celery, onion, green pepper and garlic in a 2 quart casserole. Cover and microwave on high 5 - 5 1/2 minutes.

Stir in tomatoes, including liquid, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and cayenne. Cover and microwave on high 5-6 minutes.

Combine water and cornstarch; stir into vegetable mixture. Cover and microwave on high 3-4 minutes or until thickened. Stir in turkey and microwave on high 5- 6 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
