CATCH OF THE BAYOU 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 lb. shrimp, peeled
1 lg. onion
1 lg. bell pepper
2 ribs of celery
2 tbsp. butter
2 cans mushroom soup
2 sm. cans or 1 lg. can of drained sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. Tabasco
1/2 red pepper or cayenne pepper
1 pt. lumped crab meat
2 c. cooked rice
Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Crushed cracker crumbs

Melt cream cheese and 1 stick of butter in microwave. Then 2 tablespoons butter, saute shrimp, onion, pepper and celery in butter, until shrimp is done. Then add cream cheese mixture to shrimp mixture. Then add soup, seasoning and rice and mushrooms, mix real good. Then add crab meat. Top with crackers and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
