DROP DUMPLINGS 
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Sprig of parsley, minced
1/2 c. cold milk

Mix flour, baking powder, salt, sprig of minced parsley. Add milk to make a thick batter. Drop from spoons into boiling water or soup broth. Cover with a tight lid. Cook 20 minutes without raising lid.
